Welcome to The Framing Place web site trading as Woodware Workshops, we are a retail & trade warehouse in Beccles, Suffolk. We have been in the picture framing business for over 40 years now and have vast experience in the framing of all forms of artwork.

Retail & Trade warehouse Opening Times 9am to 4.45pm (closed Monday's & Sunday's).

We have over 5000 ready-made picture frames in stock of all sizes and styles. Stock sizes from 4"x4"(101x101mm) to 1000x700mm or offer a full made to order service. In addition to ready-made frames we keep hundreds of pre-cut standard size picture mounts in over 35 colours with apertures cut to size while you wait, these range from 6x4 inches(152x101mm) upto 20x16 inches(504x406mm) larger sizes cut to order while you wait too. We also have a range of framed mirrors in various sizes & styles, hundreds of basketware items and a large selection of artist materials.

We specialize in framing watercolours, oils, acrylics, canvas, football shirts, photographs, Pastels & other memorabilia. We can offer a full bespoke framing service to include conservation framing if required to protect your items for years to come.

Commercial & Volume work.

As we are manufactures of frames a major sides of our business is carrying out volume and commercial work for the larger user. This includes work for offices, hotels, galleries, shops and professional artists etc.
